Welcome to our Pokémon Live Pack Opening service! By participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully:

1. General Agreement

By purchasing a spot in our Live Pack Opening events, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.

2. Live Pack Opening Process

All packs are opened live during the stream, and the contents are shown clearly.
Once opened, your chase cards will be safely packaged and shipped to the address you provide.

3. Shipping Policy

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Once your package is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for any loss, damage, or delays.
Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments where available.

4. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of the service, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
If there is an error in your order or a significant issue during the Live Pack Opening process, please contact us within 48 hours of the stream.

5. Damaged or Misprinted Cards

Factory misprints or damage from packaging are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee the condition of cards as they come from the sealed packs.

6. Stream Behavior

Respectful behavior is expected during the live stream. We reserve the right to remove disruptive individuals without warning.
Any fraudulent behavior, including chargebacks, will result in a ban from future events.

For international shipments, customs fees and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

9. Liability

We are not liable for issues arising after shipping, including loss, theft, or damage by the carrier.
